We’re in the Pico LA version of a great Israeli-type hip-hop space experiencing California breakfast. This spot is called Lamalo Cafe and is run by the talented Head Chef Yoel, affectionately known as “Yoilish the Poilish.”
We started with a breakfast burrito followed by a breakfast sandwich, both epitomizing the classic California’s focus on bright, fresh and healthy. This sandwich doesn’t just feed your hunger; it gives you a real taste of California.
We also had the classic Egg Benedict, featuring a luxurious combination of smoked salmon, poached eggs, and a rich hollandaise sauce.
We ended with Lamalo Cafe’s signature 100-layer pasta. This dish exemplifies Yoel’s commitment to creating beautiful, delicious, and comforting plates that are as visually appealing as they are tasty.
At Lamalo Cafe, the emphasis on freshness, vibrant flavors, and high-quality ingredients make every dish a delightful experience. This beautiful spot is under the supervision of OK Kosher.
If you’re a kosher food lover, you can enjoy some killer California breakfast at Lamalo Cafe, just like we did.
