Exploring delicious kosher shared plates at TLV Tapas Bar in Tarzana, California.
There is a delightful place that offers a combination of Israeli flavors and the Spanish concept of shared small plates. It’s TLV Tapas Bar in Tarzana, California. This is a charming Middle Eastern Israeli fine dining where you can have an intimate dining experience, a fun night out with friends, or savor unique and delectable dishes with family.
At this Kosher fine-dining restaurant, we had lots of great dishes. First, we had a shared bread plate called the Jerusalem Bagel. This yummy treat is characterized by a sesame seed crust, which imparts a nutty crunch, and is served with crushed tomato, grated tomato, marinated olives, and a drizzle of wonderful oil. The other dishes we tried in this cuisine are grilled vegetables, giant oyster mushrooms, kohlrabi, tuna tartar, meat skewers, and pappardelle. But our culinary journey is incomplete without a sweet dessert, the irresistible Kenafé. This delectable dessert is akin to a fried pastry experience, adding a touch of sweetness and indulgence to the shared plate concept. TLV Tapas Bar is Rabbinical Council of California (R.C.C.)
