Bonito 47 is a standout kosher restaurant offering Omakase and all the food in this fine dining establishment is designed to be shared.
It is a chef-driven spot with a lively and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for everything from a casual dinner to a special night out. With a modern, stylish interior, the ambiance complements the cuisine, making it a memorable dining experience for us.
We educated our palate and soul here, starting with the Nigiri, then followed by hand rolls. We also had something called Chawanmushi, it’s the first time we’ve seen it on a kosher menu. The fun part is watching Judd, who hates vegetables, eat the greenest of green vegetables on camera!
The other dishes we enjoyed were Bucatini, Steak and Eggs, and Japanese soufflé. Bonito 47 is certified kosher by the Orthodox Union (OU). What makes Bonito 47 stand out even more is their commitment to keeping kosher while offering a sophisticated dining experience that rivals non-kosher establishments. Their expertly crafted dishes reflect innovation and respect for tradition, making it a go-to spot for kosher food lovers.
So, if you’re in the mood for an exciting culinary journey, Bonito 47 is the place to be.
